Why Check In Online?

• While this is NOT an appointment, depending on the patient volume and types of medical conditions being treated at the clinic, an online check-in can shorten your wait time.

• The ZipPass system will display the next available check-in time, which typically is a lower patient volume time.

Please note when using FastMed’s ZipPass Check-In:

• ZipPass is not a guarantee of a shorter waiting time.

• FastMed will triage those patients with more urgent health care needs ahead of ZipPass patients.

• Patient walk-in volume may increase in between the time a ZipPass check-in is made and actual check-in time

• The number of patients at the clinic and the EXTENT of their treatment may lengthen wait times for ZipPass patients.
